Terranomaly - n: A unique entity of Earth.
Terranomaly started with Jeff Byrd and Kevin Smith in 2012, with a new style of rock that seemed to make no sense. The band now calls the style 'rock fugue.' Amazingly, songs like 'Hard-Rockin' Two-Fisted Stogie Smokin' Woman,' and 'Vampire Lady' attracted the attention of a few of the big music groups, however the band was still in flux. Members were sticking or sliding, or, as in Kevin\'s case, actually journeying out of the realm of the living.
When Michael joined the band, a massively polished guitar style came with the vocalist/songwriter that hadn't been realized previously. With a renewed writing outlook, a concept for an album with the multi-talented Byrd seemed the logical next step in the band's evolution.
Their debut album, 'Wake Up', is an old-school format, with an overall concept, and a step-by-step path the listener goes through, designed by Terranomaly. The album is for those who have become aware of what is really going on in the world, are becoming aware, or want to become aware. Listen, and comment everywhere. We, and the NSA are watching. |
